How does the try option work?
Once you sign in for one of our paid plans you will get instant access to all the features of that account for 14 days. The trial does require payment information but you can cancel at any time during the trial and will not be charged anything.
What happens at the end of the trial period?
Your HelmBay account will be disabled until you wish to upgrade your account. If you wish to upgrade you will then be asked to fill in your billing information and your account will be activated.
How will you bill me?
Monthly, annual and bi-annual billing plans are available. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards or by Paypal. For further information feel free to contact us.
Can I modify my account type?
